Studio policies
A few shared expectations keep our studio safe, focused, and full of joy.
Phone & video call policy
- • No speakerphone. No FaceTime, WhatsApp, or IG Live in the lobby.
- • All calls go to the car or outside. If it rings, step out to answer.
- • No videos or music out loud — headphones only.
- • No filming through classroom windows or recording other children at any time.
- • Why so strict? Child privacy, safety, and a focused learning environment.
Respect the space
- • Inside voices at all times; this is a shared, quiet zone.
- • Hallways are pass-through only — keep entrances and exits clear.
- • The front desk is staff-only; we're happy to help from the counter.
Siblings & guests
- • Children must remain with a supervising adult at all times.
- • No running, tumbling, climbing on furniture, or playing in doorways.
- • Bring quiet activities; diaper changes in the restroom only.
- • Please limit guests to 1-2 per dancer when possible.
Food, safety & kindness
- • Water only, in closed containers. Save meals and snacks for the car.
- • Help us be allergy-aware; avoid nuts and strong fragrances.
- • Keep doors and walkways clear; park strollers along a wall away from exits.
- • Please don't coach from the lobby windows — trust the teacher, cheer at recital.
